• Doing the tasks according the standards
• Effective Supporting to be smooth operation
• Individual PLM and KPI achievement
• Responsible for the pooling bonus process arrangement
• General supporting and participation to HR-GA department
• Achievement the meeting target and in time issuing meeting minutes
• Training Arrangement and Follow up for mentoring project
• Data Supporting for KPI
• Arrangement and follow up mentoring training achievement
• Meeting recording and meeting minutes issuing
• Departmental stationery controlling and standard working area
• Recruitment of new staff and issue offer letter, TRA, Policy and Procedure, arrange orientation training for new team
• Arrange contract and insurance for all employees (SI, HI, UI) and PIT for all employees. Arrange employee files
• Check attendance record & A3, A4 improvement information
• Participating in all departmental PLM reviewing and try to achieve the individual PLM.
• Try to achieve departmental meeting target by yearly, monthly, weekly.
• Participating in HR-GA meeting and effective meeting minutes and in time issuing.
• Control meeting minutes record board, regular updating and send report to related department.
• Regular checking, action and reporting about the departmental cleaning to the standard working area.
• Facilitate training activities for HR-GA dept.
• General Analysis that assign by superiors.
• Organize birthday party event for the employee on monthly basis.
• Reporting to superiors for daily, weekly, monthly about the mentoring project achievement, 5s condition
• Participating in departmental gathering and division gathering
• To prepare salary payment/pooling/bonus
• Monthly announcement and reporting for transfer, organization changes .
• Provide the birthday cake for the birthday wishes of Manager level.
• Mentoring training achievement
• Departmental internal process (meeting arrangement, cash process, stationery control and lead the 5s activities)
- Communication skills, quick learner
- Good English
- 1-2 years of experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- 12 annual paid leave, bonus
