We are looking for a HRManager for a manufacturing as detail: * Careers & Training: - Organize recruitment according to business development plan. Build, edit the system of sample processes to ensure smooth operation of recruitment activities. - Coordinate with the Heads of new construction, adjust the job description system, KPI according to the change of organizational structure. - Organize the assessment of the efficiency and working capacity of the companys employees. - Organize training to develop the companys staff in line with the business development plan and organizational structure change. - Coordinate with departments, organize or participate in events programs to promote the image of the company. - Build and manage annual recruitment budget. - Advise the Board of Directors, Head of recruitment strategy, build the organizational structure suitable for business development. * C & B: - Organize the implementation of policies, human resources: salary, bonus, allowances, insurance, compensation .... - Rebuild and revise human resources policy to attract and retain talents suitable to the development scale of the Company. - Supervise the implementation of working regulations, sanctioning and disciplining companies according to the Companys regulations and in accordance with the Law. - Build up working regulations, build culture, maintain discipline, order, safety, hygiene, suitable business development of the company and not contrary to law. - Advise the Board on Laws related to human resource management. - Build and manage annual C & B budgets. * Admin: - Organize the supervision and management of the use of assets of the company. - Organize the supply of working facilities and registration of services in service of office activities, ensuring that all business activities of the Company are smoothly operated. - Organization of infrastructure construction, registration of administrative and legal services according to business development plan of the company. - Build and manage the annual administrative budget.

- Male / Female, 30-40 years old - University degree in management, economics, human resources, law or related majors - Good at English - Use office software: Word, Excel, Power Point - Have 4-10 years experience in the same position in recruitment and human resources - Candidates who have worked in the advertising / entertainment / media industry are advantage.
