We are looking for a HRManager for a manufacturing as detail: - Implement the company’s programs include: job evaluation and classification; salary administration; sales incentive plans; employee benefits... - Assist the superior to develop and implement compensation strategies tailored to their business needs and company - Analyze the external market and internal data about the companys employees and the future human needs to plan a payroll and forecast development in line with the companys reward strategy. - Manage relationships with customers, external consultants and vendors to ensure that you receive the best service standards. - Instruct, evaluate and develop a professional team to ensure the compensation strategy for employees is done effectively and correctly. - Compose communications to employees regarding benefits, compensation practices. - Collaborate with relevant departments to carry out work related to employment policies, compensation and relationships. - Consult employees about Company policies. - Other tasks assigned by top management level.

- Male, 35-40 years old - University graduate in Economic, major in Accounting-Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related majors - Have 5-10 years’ experience at the same position in the large companies - Good Microsoft Excel skill - Strong interpersonal skills; Good at English. - Good negotiation skills, teamwork skills, agility & adaptability, management, work solving.
